Venue (Host) Terms & Conditions

 

Key Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Getinn Limited (Getinn.co.uk).

  • "You", "Your", "Host", "Pub", "Restaurant" refers to the person or business agreeing to join the Getinn platform.

  • "Customer" refers to the end user (i.e. the consumer).

  • "T&Cs" refers to these Terms & Conditions.

  • "Platform" includes WhatsApp, SMS, email, and any other communication channel used by Getinn.

By agreeing to join the Getinn platform, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. No element of these T&Cs may be altered, removed, or overridden by any other agreement or external terms.

Payments, Packages, and Refunds

Monthly Plans:
Monthly packages run for a full calendar month from the start date (e.g. 01/01/2025 to 01/02/2025). Any unused allocations do not roll over. Monthly billing via direct debit renews automatically unless cancelled.

Multi-Month Agreements:
Full payment is required upfront. Packages cannot be downgraded mid-term, though upgrades are permitted. Monthly allocations still expire at the end of each calendar month.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments must be made in GBP (British Pound Sterling).

  • Payments in any other currency incur a 10% conversion fee, deducted before processing.

  • Packages only begin once payment is received and confirmed.

VAT:
All prices are currently VAT-exclusive. Should VAT apply in future, affected hosts will be notified with a minimum of 4 weeks' notice.

Refunds:
No refunds are offered unless explicitly pre-agreed in writing by Getinn. Cancellation by the host does not entitle them to a refund, regardless of contract length or usage.

 

Services Provided

  • Getinn.co.uk acts solely as a communication facilitator between hosts and customers.

  • We retain full ownership and control of customer data and communication content.

  • Hosts will not have access to individual customer personal data at any time.

  • Messaging templates will be agreed on sign-up. Final content and format are subject to approval by Getinn.

Minimum Campaign Size: 25 contacts per message campaign.

Message Timing:
We aim to send messages promptly upon receipt of campaign details, but timing is not guaranteed. Messaging turnaround is subject to business hours and the availability of third-party messaging services.

Downtime:
Planned service interruptions will be communicated in advance. No compensation will be offered for downtime or delays, and Getinn is not liable for any associated revenue loss.

 

Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate business information.

  • Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of offers, discounts, availability, and event details communicated via the platform.

  • Getinn is not liable for disputes resulting from inaccurate or outdated information supplied by hosts.

  • All offers must be honoured as communicated.

 

Data & Privacy

  • We will only collect and use the information necessary to deliver our services.

  • We use third-party tools to manage and store data.

  • Hosts' business and personal data will be retained only as long as required to deliver services or fulfil regulatory obligations.

  • After cancellation, personal data may be held for up to 12 weeks.

 

Limitations of Liability

Getinn is not responsible for issues arising from host services or operations, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect information provided by the host

  • Overbooking, unavailability, or service errors

  • Disputes about discounts or offers

  • Food quality, service experience, or customer satisfaction

  • Customer no-shows

  • Age-restricted items or legal compliance

 

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 7 working days and may request additional details.
