By agreeing to these T&Cs, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time through our website, by messaging us on WhatsApp, or by email or post.
Please note: Getinn.co.uk is not responsible for any message, data, or roaming charges incurred from your mobile network provider.
Content & Messaging
Messages may include, but are not limited to, offers, discounts, availability, and events shared with us by hosts. While we encourage hosts to honour the details they provide, Getinn.co.uk is not responsible for:

The accuracy of content from hosts

Any negative experience, financial loss, travel cost, or inconvenience resulting from engaging with a host

Disputes regarding discounts, bookings, service quality, or any part of a host’s offering
Your Responsibilities
To ensure you receive relevant updates:

You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and preferences

You are responsible for keeping your details current by updating them on our website or by contacting us directly
We collect your preferences to personalise messages and improve your experience. Your data will be retained as long as you are a registered user. If you unsubscribe, we will retain your information for up to 2 years, after which it will be deleted. If you request deletion sooner, your data will be removed within 3 working days (Monday–Friday).

Host Service Issues & Our Liability
Getinn.co.uk provides a platform for connection but is not liable for the following (non-exhaustive) situations, which must be addressed with the host directly:

No availability or double bookings

Incorrect or disputed discounts

Changes in menu, pricing, or services

Poor food/service quality

Unavailable or excluded items

Venue closures or limited access

Damages, personal harm, or lost property
